Where the base commission ends

Installation covers one identity, in one role, deployed to one place, handling one primary workflow. Additional workflows, CRM and tool integrations, extra deployment surfaces, added languages, and compliance-sensitive builds are scoped and quoted separately — so you always know what you're buying before we start.

Typical launch: 1–2 business days after we have what we need from you. Monthly billing starts when it's live — not before.

When does the monthly fee start?
Only once your Counterpart is live — not while we’re building. Installation is separate and one-time.
Can I split the $2,000?
Yes. Pay in full, or two $1,000 payments about 30 days apart. The installment plan stops automatically after the second charge.
What’s the difference between Operating and Scale?
Operating ($647/mo) includes about 100 customer conversations a month (600 minutes of conversation time) — standard capacity for most businesses. Scale ($997/mo) is for heavier traffic: about 300 conversations (1,800 minutes), with priority support and faster iteration from us. On either plan a single conversation can run up to 10 minutes, which is longer than almost any real enquiry needs. For businesses that need capacity on a private account no other client shares, a Dedicated tier ($1,497/mo) is available on request.
What counts as a conversation?
A conversation starts when a visitor connects to your Counterpart and ends when they leave or reach the 10-minute limit. Someone who comes back later starts a new one. Your monthly allowance is measured in conversation time, so a few long conversations and many short ones draw from the same pool — and you can see exactly where you stand in your account at any time.
What happens if we get busy?
Your Counterpart keeps working — it never switches off on your customers. The moment you pass your included time we email you, and the extra is billed at $0.75 a minute on your next invoice. That extra is never more than the price difference to the next plan in a month ($350 on Operating, $500 on Scale), so a busy month can’t cost you more than the bigger plan would have. If you’re consistently near your limit we’ll suggest moving up — your plan never changes without your say-so.
Can I cancel later?
Monthly platform can be paused or cancelled when you no longer need it running. The installation covers the build and launch.
How fast do we launch?
Typical launch is 1–2 business days after we have likeness, role, knowledge, and the conversations this Counterpart must handle.
