Installation covers one identity, in one role, deployed to one place, handling one primary workflow. Additional workflows, CRM and tool integrations, extra deployment surfaces, added languages, and compliance-sensitive builds are scoped and quoted separately — so you always know what you're buying before we start.

Typical launch: 1–2 business days after we have what we need from you. Monthly billing starts when it's live — not before.

Only once your Counterpart is live — not while we’re building. Installation is separate and one-time.
Can I split the $2,000?
Yes. Pay in full, or two $1,000 payments about 30 days apart. The installment plan stops automatically after the second charge.
What’s the difference between Operating and Scale?
Operating ($647/mo) covers up to 100 customer conversations a month — standard capacity for most businesses. Scale ($997/mo) is for heavier traffic: up to 300 conversations and more people talking at once. Either way, every conversation can run a full 10 minutes, which is longer than almost any real enquiry needs. For businesses that need fully private, dedicated capacity, a Dedicated tier ($1,497/mo) is available on request.
What happens if we get busy?
You can see your conversation count any time in your account, and we watch it on our side too — you won’t get a surprise. If you’re consistently near 100, we move you to Scale before anything gets missed. Planned, not punitive.
Can I cancel later?
Monthly platform can be paused or cancelled when you no longer need it running. The installation covers the build and launch.
How fast do we launch?
Typical launch is 1–2 business days after we have likeness, role, knowledge, and the conversations this Counterpart must handle.
